EVIBOND is a next-generation advertising surface for wide-format printing. A three-layer co-extruded PVC board: rigid virgin PVC outer layers bonded with a lightweight engineered core in a single co-extrusion operation.

Up to 50% lighter than standard PVC foam board with 1.5× better flatness. Format 122 × 244 cm, 5 mm in 20-sheet boxes, 10 mm in 10-sheet boxes.

EVIBOND is up to 50% lighter at the same thickness through a calibrated core density (~250 kg/m³). Easier to handle, lower load on fixings.

It holds flatness 1.5× better — the sheet does not sag under its own weight and stays stable across temperature changes up to 55°C.

Virgin PVC surface delivers Shore D 55 hardness, water absorption below 1% over 24 hours, optimised for UV LED and Latex ink adhesion.

EVIBOND is a three-layer co-extruded PVC board: three layers of rigid PVC bonded by co-extrusion in one continuous operation. No glue, no adhesive bonding, no delamination risk.

Top layer is printable rigid virgin PVC with reference whiteness. Core is engineered PVC, may include recycled material. Bottom layer is stabilising, symmetric to the top.

Co-extruded bonding gives three benefits: even geometry, no risk of delamination, and a uniform material at the cut edge.

EVIBOND batches are quality-controlled with print tests on the EU-1000MF UV LED Large Format Flatbed — an industrial flatbed for rigid substrates.

This confirms the declared surface characteristics before each shipment.

EVIBOND ships in standard 122 × 244 cm (4 × 8 ft) format.

Two thicknesses available:

5 mm — boxes of 20 sheets. Indoor signage, POS, poster mounting.
10 mm — boxes of 10 sheets. Stands, furniture, 3D builds, outdoor.

Yes. Virgin PVC outer layers + co-extruded bond deliver 100% waterproofing: water absorption below 1% over 24 hours.

Service temperature up to 55°C, thermal expansion 0.07 mm/m·K — the sheet stays stable across outdoor temperature swings.

Fire classification: B-s2, d0 for 10 mm and C-s3, d0 for 5 mm.

Direct solvent printing on EVIBOND is impractical — flatbed solvent printers are virtually unavailable.

The classic workflow is: print the design on EVI DIGITAL self-adhesive vinyl and laminate it onto EVIBOND. The EVIBOND surface is compatible with both eco-solvent and solvent vinyl films.

Yes. The Shore D 55 virgin PVC surface resists scratching and absorbs less than 1% water, making EVIBOND suitable for:

— kitchen cabinet fronts
— bathroom panels
— decorative panels and wall cladding
— lightweight partitions and temporary furniture

EVIBOND can be cut with a utility knife, CNC router, CO2 laser, water jet, and standard wood/plastic saws (circular, band, jigsaw).

Thanks to the co-extruded structure edges stay clean, without chipping or delamination. The surface can be painted, lacquered, and laminated with self-adhesive films.
